Yanks were the better team. Germany have been lucky with the draw so far. I hope Spain flog Korea and Germany.

Dude, you're right! Watching the septic tanks get defeated is even more satisfying than watching the poms humiliated. But the yanks will throw money at it. Within a few years they'll be tops. They'll buy supremacy. Remember the Amerikas Cup. If anyone dares challenge Amerikan superiority they'll throw megabucks at it to set you back in your place. A world-scale sports tournament they don't dominate? Intolerable! You wait, within years they'll buy supremacy. America is not a soccer nation. Never will be. They just can't stand there being a world-scale sports tournament they don't dominate.
