Hi all,

my first post here, thought you might like my thoughts on a real tough card at Flemington:

Race 1 - 6 Red for Lou
2 - 15 Speedy Rossa
3 - 3 Future Analysis
4 - 8 Wild Classic
5 - 11 Pink Fit
6 - 9 Jennings
7 - 4 Perlin
8 - 15 Wildly
9 - 18 Astrodame

These should be all good eachway chances, IMHO.

Good luck

Harry

Good luck with your tips.

Astrodame i have been following for a very long time!, first up was very good, the weight was all that beat it. If it gets a run (2nd emerg) it will give it a real shake. The only thing that worries me is that Hyland has opted for the other Mayfield-Smith horse in Lyrical Bid.
I also think Ballet Society will run a big race in the Bobby Lewis, Race 8. From gate 2 looks a safe EW bet.

Yep noticed that Rudolph but reckon Lycra needs a good track or better, form on anything worse is pretty poor

Red Dazzler in race 2. Can't see anything even getting close to this one :). Going up to 1400 from 1200 but will only enable it to win by more.

Yep, wouldn't touch Lyrical Bid if the track was any worse than dead.

Ballet Society is 1 from 3 first-up, but it's fresh form goes alright. If the inside is the place to be, i can't see it being beaten.

It does mav i'll be following this horse for awhile :). Its walked in to win the last 2 and looking at the field i really don't think anything can get close today. I hope it doesnt get to an unbackable price. I'll take $2.

Melbourne

r2/ Comfort Stretch & Australian Arch just for value & giggles. Fave looks a good thing though

r5/ Lieutenant & Noble Red

r6/ Undoubtedly & Written Tycoon

r7/ Hollow Bullet & OS Joe. I've backed Joe his last 2 starts at 15/1, so I can let him go around without me here if too short. I'm just thinking race fitness might count for something here. Dday for HB.

r8/ Falkirk & Sky Cuddle. G1 winner at this track, only beaten 0.5L in G1 George Ryder last prep. Knockout horse at odds. One more bet on Falkirk for ol' times sake.

r9/ Catscan if 9/1 or better

Sydney

r5/ Media, good thing of the day for mine. Raced 3 wide no cover 2nd up.

r6/ Will back something to beat Manton out of spite. I admit I havent seen its last start win, but it does look a stupid price for mine. He's Canny, good barrier, 3rd up.

r8/ Gunfire Messiah
