I love Hong Kong racing.

Regulars will remember we used to post some HK tips in a thread here last season, I'd like to do the same again, starting tonight at good old Happy Valley. Got a bit of time before the first though!!! So, I'll post my tips here later, anyone who wants to join in, do so.

If you want a good free guide to Hong Kong racing, obviously there's the HKJC site, and also in Australia the www.expertform.com site has free guides for HK too. They also have HK ratings on their subscription guides.

I sure hope Prebble comes back this spring Real Deal we have lost some of our best jockeys overseas between Brett, McEvoy & Rodd that is alot of talent we have lost from our ranks would love to see them back here for the spring.

OK kids nice and early this time. Here's my top 4 for every race at Shatin today. I am using the www.expertform.com performance ratings to do my form.

If any of you haven't started looking at Hong Kong form, I strongly suggest you do. A great place to have a bet.

Yeah it's a super site the HKJC site. I use it's maps open in one window, the expertform ratings in another and do the form. Then, when betting, the HKJC site again for their market.

That'd be right. For the first 3 races I backed your top 2 tips plus the one I liked, but that didn't really work out that well, so come race 4 and I decided to just put a couple of any2 bets on. As a result, I missed this good priced winner. :rolleyes:

I thought this one was going to win for a while. Would have paid $92 for the win up here. As it was, it paid $16.90 the place!!!

LOL yeah I thought so too!! Was on each way and copped a mere $30 the place so am not too disappointed, but I was getting pretty excited there for a bit!!

Not sure what to do in this one. I have it really, really evenly rated. I have my top pick, 13, rated a $9.0 chance on top! Also, my 8th pick is only rated at $18, so they're all really, really tightly rated.
