Any book offering 3 for MD should splash water on his/her face, pack up his/her stuff, go home and re-think his/her career. Then after having done that get profesional help to work through his/her issues.

LOL just so long as they payed me for my winning bet first!!!

Guarantee they'll bet 2.50 though, assuming not a heap of scratchings.

Matilda sorry what I referred to was a website. Put .com at the end of it, no spaces, and you should be right.

just heard on the news from Mike Maroney ..."if the heavens open then Xcellent won't be starting".
doesn't enthuse you with much confidence on a wet track does it.

Yeah I'd prefer the horse were in because wet or dry I don't think it's good enough.

If xcelent is scratched, get on MR race 9 - 9

Moroney said today if it was too wet for x, Sareera would love the going.

It certainly will. In the going there's only one can beat it, Kindjhal.

It might be hard for the mare to win at Moonee with the short stretch and all. She's obviously the best in the race, but will she win? Moonee has not been goo d to her so far.

The short straight shouldn't matter now with the rain saratoga. They take off down the side anyway so she'll be worked into it down there and because of the wet track you'll see runners fall away. She'll have no worries getting a run through the pack now because of runners falling away and she'll be close enough on the turn to come over the top of them. Thanks to the weather, she's an absolute certainty now.

Track rated slow on unitab at present, any melbournites cantell me if it is still raining or if there is more expected today????
Have had a good lash at xcellent $10 fixed odds.
Know it failed in the Derby, but that track was heavy. He is bred to go ok in the wet and I am prepared to forgive him that run.
Just believe this horse is a superstar in waiting and my only doubt is whether he is seasoned enough to beat her today, but she is at a ridiculous $1.80 on unitab already, and IMO she is not the certainty all and sundry seem to think.
Time will tell.IMO x will track her and they will make their runs together about the 800 mark.should be a great finish.
