Ok well here we go better put these on here now won't get a chance in the morning damn this daylight saving crap.

Flemington

Race 1: No bet how could you Stings and Foundant are 2 I want to see run though.

Race 2: I feel that Brindabella is great e/w bet in this race been in real good form and had a horror run last start meets Candy Vale at equal weights for beating her a couple of starts back and I would rate her right up top aswell just that she will be pretty short I would imagine. A rough chance out to Miss Bombay if she gets a run her form reads ok.

Race 3: Douro Valley is a horse I have a bit of time for and if not for being checked in the SA Derby he would have already have won me a fortune. I don't expect any great odds tomorrow probably around the 4 or 5-1 mark certainly wouldn't go under 3s for it anyway. Southern Crown has to be another with good claims in the race loves the track and has a couple of kgs turnaround on Brave Lancer from a couple of starts back at this track. Outside of those 2 I don't mind Shrogginet and Middlemarch but would want pretty big odds to be swayed to either of them over the others I reckon.

Race 4: Super betting race this one should be value to be had anyway, The 3 horses I liked for the race have all drawn the car park in this they were Pin Up (my top pick), Pentelikon (should be good e/w) and Sarah Michelle (in outstanding form). I don't really like the others so I may just work with value between those 3 Pin Up did look good to me before the barrier the 4th behind Retail Therapy wasn't a bad run and she meets her 4kgs better for the run another thing I found intriguing is that this horse is probably a 1/2 sister to Satrcraft and Forum Floozie not to bad company there.

Race 5: Go get more beer have a break for a bit.

Race 6: there are 2 horses here I have alot of time for they are Diamond Masque and Cianara however they are coming up against a smart one here in Flying Alpha whose run last start was pretty good missed the start by a couple and still managed to win with ease. I will wait and see the odds tomorrow but right now I might have a slight inkling to Diamond Masque.

Race 7: Ah yes the big one well I have been tipping Railings to anyone who wanted to listen to me for this race for a couple of months now ofcourse at that time he was sitting at $51 on fixed odds right now you can have $6.50 which I will wait tomorrow and see what I can get then have a feeling it may even be a bit better unless ofcourse they scratch Makybe Diva. Eye Popper is the hardest to beat IMO and I guess I amnot the only one saying it his run great in the Caulfield Cup as was Leica Falcons (also a great chance) and it would be foolish to dismiss any of those 3 but yes I am doing it to an extent. My top 3 are Railings, Eye Popper and Distinction with Hugs Dancer, Leica Falcon and Lachlan River all on the 2nd line. I realise I have left out the 2 best credentialed horses in the race but I think Vinnie Roe is past his best and Makybe Diva has had completely the wrong prep to be winning this and I will gamble myself that they won't even place might bight me in the ass or it could work out who knows time will tell anyway.

As far as the last 3 go not sure yet haven't had a chance to look but the Cup might have alot to say whether I am still betting afterwards.

Im going for a quinella on the cup:

2,6,7,8,13,18,22,23

In the 5th ive backed Line Account

And ive got the same feeling about Valley in the 3rd

In the 4th Miss Mooney Mooney

But for the cup. Im still humming and harring between Eye Popper, Railings and Leica Falcon. Ill be grabbing E/W bets on Bazelle and Mr.Celeb but i think Eye Popper might break the trend of internationals not winning and be the one who gets up.

Like many on here - the weights and form would appear to favour:

Eye Popper
Leica Falcon &
Railings.

I think the first two are on the way up - Railings had his grand final two weeks back - but does race like a genuine stayer.

Eye Popper looked brilliant in the mounting yard and would have to have improved as was a bit showy. Leica Falcon with a clear run will nearly get there. You just have to be amazed at how any horse at Caulfield in a class field could race 4 wide and fight out the finish of a classic race. So it's Eye Popper (meeting Makybe Diva 6kgs better for beating her over 3000).

If Makybe Diva runs 4th that would be an almighty effort - any better - simply amazing.

Not having a go at you mate, but you first 4 looks a bit suicidal.

My best tip tomorrow, and lets see if it stays true to form, put a line through Brisbane and Adelaide form! That should cancel out about 6 horses for the whole day!!

Race 1. - Was on Wiener last start and thought that even though she copped interference she was fairly average. To me, Miss Broadway looks to be the best of the raced horse and Nediym's Glow the best of the first starters.

Race 2. - 4, 7, 8, 9 and 13 in exotics

Race 3. - 4 Douro Valley (looks like everyone will be on it).

Race 4. - 11 Aqua D'Amore

Race 5. - 3 Bel Danoro

Race 6. - expect a bit of improvement from Chaud Roche

Race 7. - Only 4 winning hopes.

Makybe Diva
Railings
Eye Popper
Leica Falcon

Race 8, 9 and 10 - Probably too drunk by then to really care. Might have a little bit on Kablammo in Race 8 because it came in for me 2 years ago on Cup Day at nice odds.

Good Luck to all

Let's hope we all witness history tomorrow. And if the great mare wins, she is better than Phar Lap and the best ever!

Off to Eagle Farm on the morrow.
Will have to class myself as the worst judge in the land as have been a big VOUVRAY fan for a while now. She owes me a king's ransom so I shall have to have a little something eachway at the odds. (I was actually tempted to have a go at the $12 prepost a while back, which would have looked like a trainwreck about now).

Tri for the cup is

#6 EYE POPPER roving banker from 1,2,3,7,8,10,12,15,21,22

Good punting all.

I actually have a little double with Railings into Vouvray for the Cup as she owes me a kings ransom aswell thankfully with that double running I can just take the chance that if the horse wins then I will be happy to get the double about $600 worth and won't have to waste a penny on the donkey tomorrow.

Raw, I don't know what has gone wrong with her.
After the slashing run in last year's CC I earmarked her for the MC and thought I had her to myself. It now looks like I pretty much have. lol

Yea mate your on your own there even if by some miracle she won the cup tomorrow I doubt I would ever put another penny on her. I was the same actually I had her earmarked when she won the QLD Oaks how wrong I was won on her that day don't reckon I have collected since.

Best bet at Flemington tomorrow is in Race 2 No.4 Candy Vale. She gets a class and weight drop tomorrow after her outstanding second behind Infinite Grace at Caulfield over 1400m last start.

She steps up to 1700m tomorrow - go back 5 starts and you'll see her finest victory - a 4 length demolition of an open 3yo field at Flemington over 1700m.

She's drawn perfectly in barrier 2. She can position near the lead.

The 17 day break is almost identical to the 16 day break she had before her 1700m Flemington win.

She is a certainty on ratings and any other way you look at the race.

heres the runners i like listed in no particular order

2. Candy vale. Not much else for mine will probly give race a miss.
3. Brave lancer but so does everyone else i think.
4. Retail, Perpugilliam and miss mooney mooney. Ill have a real go at perpugilliam comming from the moody/l nolan combination. First up today and has won first up before i think it should be good odds compared to the other two i listed.
6. funlove, starta title and flying alpha.
8.Likes a bounty, zipping and break the vault.
9. steptoe, fox lake, peel and whats the mail.
10.Caller one, chiak, sanireka and bowhunter.

Out of the above i belive Perpugilliam, peel and chiak will offer the most value.
good luck today everyone!!!!!!
