Form Guide Help....

I need some help reading the form guide... this has me stumped:

For the forms for prior races.. I think it goes Number, Date, location, Track Condition, Distance, weight carried, Jockey, barrier, starters, ?, racetype (ie Maiden), ? , ?, Starting Price

Can anyone fill in what the ? should be !!!! I can't work it out at all.

ok I worked out 2 of them :

I now know :

Number, Date, location, Track Condition, Distance, weight carried, Jockey, barrier, starters, Margin, racetype (ie Maiden), rating , ?, Starting Price

I think the last one is gear changes ? B=Blinkers ? *=?????

Anyone familiar with this format ?

Has all the stewards reports, acceptances, nominations, trainer and jockey premierships etc. A very well knowns and used site.
