I've always wondered why RISA never publishes times and winning margins of Victorian racing on their website. Today I discover that Robert Nason is on the Board of directors.(Ex CEO RVL and now an employee of TABCORP). Only in Victoria do punters have to pay for this most basic reporting.

As it says in RISA's charter- "RISA is an independent, not for profit, special purpose company. All revenues from RISA are used to fund RISA’s operations"

Poor punters had their noses rubbed into it again last week, when the heavily backed Aprisa was grabbed near the line by first starter Juste Momente. Form analysts noted that this horse had no trial form. However when jockey Steve Baster was interviewed, he tells us that the horse trialled very well at Flemington.
What a trial at headquarters and it was not reported by Racing Victoria Ltd, nor RISA!
According to Nason speak this is just one of the many "unofficial jumpouts" that should go unreported.....

AAP reported last week that Racing Victoria has just opened a new branch office in San Diego, California. No mention has been made on the RVL website. ....

Come on Racing Victoria, get your A into G, if you can send your staff halfway across the world, then surely you can send someone from your Flemington offices to turn those unofficial jumpouts into official trials and report them to the public. You've got no excuses now....
