I figure the win SR would be around 20% with a -20% LOT.
Which means in lay betting should produce 80% success rate.
With a 14% POT
Allowing for a 30% premium added to win bet pay out figure.

When working out what is a reasonable lay bet figure , just x by 1.30 to the win only component.
e.g. win price $5.00 x 1.30 = 6.50 Lay price.
