When is the "#1 Horse Racing Tipping Service"........ going to be back in Buisness?

Now that EI has passed, would it be a reasonable expectation for the service to return?

Management.Yes the ratings are available..... however the prices, for which the Gold Selections are(were) based on are not.... is it not the assessed price that determines if a selection is a bet and as an extention if it is a gold special or not?
