Thread starter
We've all collected on a winner that only won its race because of excellent judgement from its jockey. So the aim of this thread is for Forum Members to post on some of their winners and tell us how the jockey's excellent ride helped them get the money.
Alternatively you can post on some great rides after you have seen them and tell us what made them such good rides.
It will be interesting to see if some lesser known jockeys end up getting quite a few mentions here.

Sensational idea, something positive to focus on for a change of pace.
Let's start with K McEvoy on Fravashi yesterday, never panicked at any stage when he was back near last on straightening, drove him through a small opening at the 75m mark and sat down to ride him out very well.
Great ride, and a deserving win for this horse.

prima nova (glen boss i think)
vision and power (jim cassidy)
excellent timing and judgment must be huge temptation to go too early but clicked them both just right.
they are hard to beat.

Great thread starter! Will be good to hear about some lesser known jockies too, especially some of our fine young apprentices.

j cassidys ride on EMPERATOR in the 9th at randwick.
the horse looked finished entering the stretch but cassidy pulled a little extra out of EMPERATOR.

How about that ride at Sandown a minute ago by Ben Melham...
Very good rider over a distance, and showed just how long the straight at Sandown really is. Perfectly timed ride to get home Prince Vitality

Another great ride by Ben Melham today at Sandown on Belong To Ten over 2100. With a slow pace took it round the field to lead and looked to have stolen the race. Grabbed in the last stride. Jim Cassidy's ride on Grizz at Hawkesbury over the 2250 to win in the small field was a beauty. With a slow pace went to the lead at the 1400 and dictated terms.

Great riding effort Steven Parnham yesterday at Ascot. Involved in a fall race 7, but came out the very next race to steer Dance Works to victory.
