These horses are no value at the odds quoted in the Winning Post. I've decided to use the Winning Post prices as they are in every week. They have now been left out of The Sportsman for two weeks in a row.

Rosehill:
R3/1 Pearly Kings $3.50

Eagle Farm:
R6/1 Picablu $3.50

Bit of a non event with these on Saturday, Lucky Lil. Pistelero and Picablu both scratched. Polar Queen disappointing and Pearly Kings starting even shorter than the 3/1.

I agree Paddy. A real non event day for Lucky Lil.

But it also shows the dangers of phoning 1900 numbers on a Friday, paying $22 or whatever a selection, then finding the horse scratched on Saturday.

How will punters get their money back - (will it be given back?) if there are no other contact details?
