AUTUMN TIPPING COMP. for 13th. March 04'

All welcome !!!

Rules:

[1] 5 operating races on a Saturday only

[2] Any state, any meeting

[3] Win only

[4] $50 [Aus] dollars pretend money max for day @10 per. race.

[5] Uni-tab prices.
[ prices can be checked at AAP site: http://www.aapracingandsport.com.au ]

[6]You can have multiple runners in a race but must be win only i.e Lonhro 5 wins, Freemason 3 wins, Clangalang 2 wins.

[7] A nominated Best Bet [ 1 only ] of $20 allowed on one runner only with $10 each on 3 other races.

[8] Late scratchings amount added to next weeks betting amount. So, an extra race x $10 [ 6x$10 or 1x$20 BB and 4x$10 races or 2 BB x 2 $10 races ].

[9] Closing time for alterations is by official starting time of earliest tip's race [*note: Forum clock is 8 min. fast ].

[10] Missed weeks from comp. = minus $50 loss per week, but 1 weeks grace during comp. is allowed for late starters and sickies without penalty.

* note: Just clarifying the best bet $20 optional [one BB only per week]. So you can have 4 races with 1 race@ $20 outright for a best bet and three $10 bets for 3 races(50 total) or 5 x $10 bets(50 total)

Don't worry, my head isn't quite with it today either, and I DIDN'T have a big night last night. I totally forgot about the Forum tipping comp until about 3:30, and that meant I couldn't include any of my best bets today which happened to be Little Punc, Celestina, Under The Bridge, Gold Wells and Star Peril!!! :roll:

I'm just lucky there's night racing today, so I had a few more races to choose from, but I'm not very confident.

I was a bit pissed that she wasn't racing today her last run behind Nips when 4 wide all the way was very nice I really thought she would win that race tonight.

Well, I could be wrong here, but I think Pardon Me is well in front. He's on +$232. I think Puntz is 2nd on +$111 and Shaun 3rd on +$68.50. There aren't too many in the black. I'm up by just 90 cents.

The comp runs until the end of the Sydney Autumn carnival.

Sorry, in only my second week I had a memory lapse and didn't submit anything. I did think Under the Bridge was a good thing and I had something on Brief embrace that just got pipped and on the night I only had two bets straight out on Magsaya and Niello. Redeemed! Came out on top in the end. Defintely make an effort this week and try and pull out some magic!
