Pantani ..i dont think has proved himself over in Melbourne against quality..i know he won the Adelaide cup and beat Danestorm but i dont think either will figure this spring..i think history supports this.

My ratings are all over the place in this race - I guess it's because most of the runners are still early in their preparations.

I wouldn't get too carried away BettyBoop have a look at the line-up in the graiglee. It was a mile race, but there were no real 'milers' in in the race. It was a lead-up race for the cups horses.

Until Saturday Hugs Dancer hadn't won at less than 2400m. Has won up to 4224m in England. The turn-of-foot he showed in the Craiglee suggests anythings possible in his current campaign.
