hi all

Are there any full time profesional punters that make a living just betting racehorses/trots/dogs or all of them in this forum.

Not quite but I am getting there! Last few months I have been earning about 50% from punting and remainder from my "normal" business. Last 4 weeks was about 70% from punting.

I make a reasonable profit from punting, but it's a rocky road and you have to have a system that shows a profit at level stakes. Reluctant to give actual figures as i got flamed  last time i did!

I make a reasonable living out of racing. It is based on level stakes on horseracing over the year. The majority of the profit comes in two or three months of the year and the remainder of the year I'm just treading water.
I provide a successful selection service but I will not divulge any further info as it would go against the principles of this website.

Not quite there yet , but that's the dream.

I am definitely dedicated to it full time but certainly not a professional YET.

My dream is to make enough from racing on top of my normal income so that I can do those extra things that lack of money normally inhibits.
I have tried a number of systems and techniques over the years. I have also decided that the best systems are those that you develop yourself as you get the maximum price possible.
I have a couple of systems that are returning a profit at the minute. Time will tell whether they will end up being the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
Heres hoping.

i dont try to bet for a reasonable source of income but to let punting fund itself which puts me into hobby punter.
but generally get reasonable results.
developed my own system i have mentioned before. works automatically except that i keep my own database and programming.
remarkable weekend with zabeels angel, yoruba, crown regatta and on sunday the winner of the coleraine cup who was beaten in a hurdle last start by 31.1 lengths.
how could you back that? but the system said to. sorry shouldn't be like that. but work your own system and learn it and see what fails and what works regularly and results will be consistent but discipline is a key to success.
regards and good luck

No where near it.

In fact i have to sell an extra house per month so as my punting does not affect my life style.

Never had a winning year.

But have shown consistant improvement and last 5 months have been winning months. Where previously i had never had consecutive winning months.

Dear mate: put it this way it takes guts and
courage to bet on the inside tip info as you
know racing is no certainty but i can tell
you the tips are 80% right most of the time.
Thats enough to keep you in front.
cheers!
