MELBOURNE CUP DAY

You can do either of the following:

OPTION 1
Simply bet as we have been doing so far (5 $10 races OR 3 $10 races & 1 $20 race) with of course one of your races being the Melbourne Cup.

OPTION 2
Bet the whole $50 on the Melbourne Cup. Still a maximum of $20 bet on any one horse though.

Whichever option you choose, you CAN have EACH-WAY or PLACE betting on the Cup.

I choked Sportznut. I only really liked Plastered and Alinghi and I thought Alinghi would win by lengths so I had the $40 win on it. The previous two weekends gave the kitty a decent boost though. It looks like I could only pick scratchings on Cup day (Sunday shoes, Solar Antiquity and Rate of Knots). Seems I will have $80 to spend next tipping comp day.

That's tomorrow, if you wish to tip then. It's not compulsory to tip tomorrow though and there's no penalty if you don't, so you can keep the $80 for Saturday if you wish.
