I'll be taking her on the Con, Mav. $4 will give me roughly $2.50, and i am quite sure she has Natural Blitz, Mummify, and Casual Pass covered. The small field should suit her as she will only be a few lengths off the leaders, she can make that up very quickly especially with the weight advantage, (she meets Elvis 4kg better for their Caulfield Cup duel).

heard that lad of the Manor is scratched...there goes the speed in the race that Makybe Diva needs...have the feeling Elvis will control the tempo and be to hard to hold out..Elvis looks primed and to scary to back against...Sorry Mr ed you're on your own but wish you the best of luck...good race to watch...

ps..are you having a go at Super Imprint tomorrow ?

I expect Mummify and/or Casual Pass to go forward. Of course Elvis looks tough to beat but he's not unbeatable after a tough first up run. I am also betting Makybe the con so if Elvis does win and Makybe runs second i get my dough back. I dont like Super Imprint just thought he would be false value the other day.

What a race, what it lacked in numbers it sure made up for in excitement, got $3.40 concession Makybe and had a huge go, thought i was home all the way down the straight until the line, oh well got my money back and watched a stunning duel.

A question to all punters- Makybe and elvis will meet again in melb soon (Australia cup) and i think they are planning on a field of 10, Do you guys think this will help or hinder makybes chances of turning the table? Interested to here some thoughts.

Elvis looks on top ...Makybe seems to have more improvement in her ...she's heavier than usual and will only strip fitter..
She's a champion and will win her next few starts.....i'll be jumping on early :)
