I am almost certain such a service doesn't exist. The nearest you will get is the Darwin All Sports site which gives fluctuations although they are incomplete and inaccurate. They are not available to view after the day of the race as they are wiped to make way for the new days races.
AAP or the race clubs should look at including them in their results as a lot of punters now bet top flucs with their bookie ... if you bet an a day other than a Saturday you can't even find them in the press.

Price fluctuations for all Saturday racing are in the midweek Sportsman. The Sportsman also gives you fluctuations for Sunday/midweek Melb/Syd racing.
It's not free.
But hope this is some help.

the TAB racing site for Victoria has past results that show fluctuations for tote prices. However if you are wanting to check Hamlyn Crest here be wary as the fluctuations are not what you may get in the periods from 6 mins in. I checked using real time figures and often my shorteners were shwn as drifters on the TAB racing results. However it is a bit of a guide that may help you.
