Does anyone have any ideas about attacking the quadie. Either selecting the horses or how one should bet.

I going to record the results for Saturdays using plans from an old copies of PPM.

If Quaddies are your go..... and your a novice (aren't we all..... what a great leveller the punt is !!)

My Advice is if you do have a go.... and your bank is limited.... try flexi-betting the Quaddie.. atleast you get to have a crack at it ......and while you "fine tune" your selection process .....you don't do your dough...

You need to decide how much you want to invest in the quaddie. If you want to spend $100 then try taking these number of horses in each leg.

2 x 2 x 7 x 7 = 196 units = $98 (for a 50c unit) or
2 x 3 x 6 x 6 = 216 units = $108 (for a 50c unit)

In other words, try and get 2 legs down to 2 or 3 chances then take as many as you can afford in the other 2 leg.
Good Punting.

I'd narrow the fields to start with.

Use a pre post market and rule out anything that isnt in the top 7 lines of betting or any horse priced over $13.

That should make your job a bit easier.
