If he is right Lilando will win today very good horse who handles any conditions I just thing he has to much speed for this lot if right.

worried about strikeline...beaten 3 len in a G1 last start behind Spark of Life and Our Egyptian Raine, before that won a G3 and i believe its an underrated mare which continues to be thereabouts in these sprints. Jas drawn ideally and has good record at distance 5-2-3 and track 10-3-4. Saying all that, Lilando is still the classier horse, i am just not that convinced that it will definitely beat strikeline

Fair enough mate I amnot a fan of Strikeline personally it is a horse that certainly doesn't like to win out of turn very consistent though just doesn't seem to quite have enough to beat the real good ones which I think Lilando is. But please don't let me change your mind.

You never really know how a returning bleeder will go first up. If Lilando repeats his previous first up effort (Lightning Stakes) he'd win this. Strikeline has a good record at 1000m and will appreciate the 28 day break. Danerich is also in with a chance with the fast tempo offsetting coming back from 1400m. Don't really like the race to bet on.

awful to own a horse that has bled twice...my own bled once - horrible feeling
2 all ups are out the window
But hugs dancer paid $4.60 the place, and with Queen of the Hill winning that one still looks pretty good. The retail therapy/bentley biscuit paid around $3.80

So much for Our Smoking Joe, Chuck. You were right with that one. :D
I got the trifecta for a half. :)
God's Own and Aqua D'amore are both horses I've been waiting for. God's Own was BRILLIANT today, and I hope that Aqua D'Amore gets up too for both of us.

hey chuck
was that a parlay you did? not quite sure how they work. what you mean $80 @ $32
Chuck
8th October 2005, 05:45 PM
It was an all-up bet that paid $32.69, and i had $80 on it
Queen of the Hill 1st $1.70 (the place) x Hugs Dancer 3rd $4.60 x God's Own 1st $1.90 x Aqua D'Amore 2nd $2.20
$1.70 x $4.60 x $1.90 x $2.20 = $32.69

yeh but how do u do all ups? and how does the cost work? is it like a parlay or what? i dont really understand the parlay costing system.
Chuck

you choose the amount - $1 gets the dividends times together, and all legs must get up for you to win. You can do all ups at most tabs
