But this isn't a weird day. The Railway is always on New Years Day. I agree though that some of the other group 1 races in NZ have been popping up on strange days like Wednesdays and Thursdays etc with little or no publicity. Perhaps you should have just ignored NZ racing in this comp???

Sportz to be honest the biggest problem is I have ignored racing full stop lately I haven't placed a single bet for the last 3 weeks and hardly had the inkling to bet since the end of the Flemington Carnival. The spring was so rough for me this year it wasn't funny and to be honest I have lost interest because of that, It is usually a good time of year for me in the spring I usually do very well this year it was nothing short of woeful.

I apologise it might be just easier to scrap this race today I'll let you guys decide there as I don't want upset anyone let me know what you guys want to do here I am happy to scrap this race.

Raw,

I'm not worried. It's totally up to you what you do, but as I tipped the winner, I wouldn't be too keen on people who didn't tip, getting the winner as well. Seeing as we've missed quite a few NZ G1 races now, I actually think you should probably take all of the NZ results out of the comp, and count Australian G1 races only.

Sad to hear how you're feeling about the races at the moment. That's no good. Might be best to take a little break and have another go at a later date. I hope things improve for you.
