i dont know a bout any one else but it seems that when i have an exceedingly bad day on the punt the next day moreoften than not seems to be a cracker...note i said seems to , would a basic graph of daily betting be of any use ful purpose?.......

Hi fester!
I don't pretend to be a phsychiatrist but I do know how people behave.
What you have is this:
1: you are restraining yourself after a bad day, and punting
responsibly, meaning, you follow your selections and betting according to your
rules.
2: after a winning day you lose all self control and think every day is winning day, and the sky is the limit.

Try to remember what you have done on the good days and follow it!
Of course there are losing days, even if you are careful, Remember that!
