Thought I would post a system that I have only recently been looking at. It's still very premature.
*Target the 4 watchdog selections in the races.
*Select the longest pre-race odds of the four
*Must have won in past 5 starts, but not its last
*Must be from boxes 1,2,3,7,8
Races 39
Winners 9
Return $54.10
Races tonight
Geelong Race 7 #2
Geelong Race 11 #3
Geelong Race 12 #1

Just by way of an oldie, my old man always contested that if a trap wins twice, it usually wins at least 3 times, (so the rest is obvious) mind you this was in the UK where there is only 6 races per card, but the excercise would still be interesting???

Party, When you say (above) that there are only six races per card in the U.K.,don't you mean six dogs per race??? That dramatically reduces the odds on such a system.

Assume you stop betting on that double-winner box once you have landed the 3rd winner partypooper or do you continue on? At last nights Perth dogs for example, box 2 won race 1 & race 4, then took out races 6, 7, 11 & 12.

yes in the UK there is only 6 traps and usually only 6 races per card, so it is quite different. But the idea there was to stop when that 3rd winner was hit.

A quick check on the Sporting life website shows that there are on average 12 races per card here in the UK

so even more chance of getting the trap up for the third time.

Wow, that's amazing, 12 races per card, I've been in oz since 1987, so I guess that's way out of date but 12 per card is amazing!!
