Database Question for days since last start

Good Afternoon Everyone,

I have a question that maybe the database gurus maybe able to answer??

I will avoid horses that have not done a 21 day back up before (or approximately 21 days)but I see horses like Mel race one Escadaire win well and is untried off a break of 21 days.
What I was wondering is if there is any link between a good run last start against a not so good run last start and a 18 to 24 day break.
