Wes,don't know if you have the time or inclination to run this thru your database.

Ok I ended up running it tonight.
Remember i didn't add rule 8 but it ended up only returning 85%.
The rules killed the odds. But even so the strike rate was still only 16%.
Maybe rule 8 helps dramatically.

Oops .. forgot WA only ... wait a sec.

WA only returns : ROT 79% so a worse loss than everywhere else.
