Hi, it means that the horse has won at this distance on this course. Look at the legend at the top of form guides to work out what the individual letters mean. I have discovered they are slightly different depending on what guide you are using. For instance some legends have B = beaten favourite whereas others have * = beaten favourite. Hope this helps.
