Form Search

Hi all,
I am new to the forum & would like to start with a gripe.
I use Ozeform for form search & find it great when working.
Today I did not work at all.
I sent several emails to technical support (no replies at all).
Does anyone use this site. Would have been great to receive an email back or of them to post a note in their news section stating we are having technical problems.
