And they should do it more easily final 2 tests with West Indies captain Ramnaresh Sarwan ruled out of the rest of the tour of England after damaging his shoulder in the second Test at Headingley.

Andrew Flintoff is also likely to miss the rest of the series against West Indies after it was decided he should have further ankle surgery.
