I've checked out the web site bucko - but as a losing sceptic of "proven" systems I would want a lot more info than whats on the web page. How much does it cost for a start.
How exactly does it work. Demos can be made to look really impressive. DONT buy it until you've talked to at least a couple of happy customers.

Dear Bucko, Dont Do It! there have been many complaints about them. I paid them a visit on their invertation to see it run All it does is track the shortners 2 min. befor jump .You can do that manually using a dutch betting program for$100 (Racebooks Australia). Not $8500 .They were very nieve about racing ,you had to imput manually, lay your bet manually all in the space of 90 seconds .You would also need a second Phon line to ring youre bets through.I could see a few bets going astray. But what got me was they where using the internet MelTAB facility & I asked to hear the racing radio at the same time to make sure they were`nt using info after jump & they said they did`nt have one .Thats when they lost me,serious about racing but no radio-sure!for more complaints about these guys visit http://www.zip.com.au/`keeva/grq/forum/
