Lose: –verb [looz]
e.g 1. - to fail to win (a prize, stake, etc.): to lose a bet.

Loose: –adjective /lus/ Show Spelled Pronunciation ("]Pronunciation Key[/url] - [url=")[loos]
e.g1. - free or released from fastening or attachment: a loose end.
e.g2. - sexually promiscuous or immoral; unchaste.
e.g3. - not fitting closely or tightly: a loose sweater.
