Help please

Hi everybody. A year or so ago, someone posted an xcel file that computed a z score for data input and I downloaded it but a computer crash saw it lost. Could someone point me to a link on this site to recover it if possible thanks. Much appreciated

0-62 = Class 1
0-68 = Class 2
0-72 = Class 3
0-78 = Class 4
0-89 = Class 5
0-?? = Class 6
