I thought it might be fun to hear from you guys what you would do with your winnings if your selection systems and staking plans succeeded as hoped, giving you a "license to print money" as it were? It's something I'm sure most of us have thought about from time to time. How would it change your life?

After i finish giving the oil companies my system money. I then pay the school fees. After that i give a car manufacturer some more money even though the total amount paid no longer represents the cars value. I can be found most mornings in my local Woolworths looking to hand over some more via mark downs in the meat section to feed the faimly. When i pull up in the drive to find a strange man around the side with a meter reader i then find my way to the desk to start the cycle over.
i bet to earn a wage and no more. Its the best job in the world so why risk it, health & family in an attempt to have more. + if i had a bank big enough to bet to earn mass amounts i would have it in term deposits, live off the interest, be watching my own stable of noble steeds instead of betting on someone elses & this would be a a chat room on fishing or something just as lazy that i can come into after every big catch to brag they were bigger then i had originally pulled in off my yacht.
If i did want to make a trillion & to better answer the question, i would consider buying Lommy a new dog. Pengo the Australian edition of monopoly and crash some glasses.
Good question though.

Buy a large piece of land, setup an animal lodge taking care of people's pets, including horses so will have an agistment service. Also run my own horses in races. Give money to animal and environment charities, fund research into environmentally friendly stuff.
Buy the rights to Monopoly. :)

I would call my incredible method (complete with the "never before used form factor" Partypoopers Punting Magic (PPM for short) advertise it world wide especially in every TAB outlet, and to all the critics who ask "why sell it?", I would answer " Why not?"

Really?
We should go into publishing togther Partypooper.
[turn sarcasm on]
I would churn out twenty or thirty systems a year showing 461% POT and 916% POT and base it all on a month's results. How could you go wrong.
I'd supply no data, no past results, but make the offer as believable as possible, and glossy - oh so glossy. Then I'd send countless spam emails out from the desk of the Chairman saying you only have 3 days left to purchase, because if you miss out we'll never have to tell you how badly it went.
If you buy it, I'd have their emal address to say how that one didn't work, but we have the next one we promise will work.
And I'd do it over and over and over for twenty plus years.
Glad nobody else thought of doing it before me :D
If one, just one of those systems worked, customers wouldn't have to buy a system ever again. Glad none of them do, or I'd be out of business.

I was tempted to buy yet another system that will let you retire in comfort, and indulge your dreams. Soon to be released, you will be able to make over $46,000 in 2 years, which equates to $23,000 per annum, usiing $20 bets. I wondered why it would be sold so cheaply, but then realised that the seller, after getting about 200 clients, would be able to have such a huge bank he could make his bet $200, and rake in a quarter of a million annually, without any further increase in stake. Decided not to buy, as probably the price of the certainties would be too low.

Though I've only been to a few racecourses thus far, I've always thought it would be fun to visit all the country's tracks, as each one seems to have its' own certain charm. And like Darkydog, I've always wanted to travel around Australia, so if my pipe dream came true I'd probably spend 6 months to a year on the road staying in only the finest of hotels, exploring Australia's towns and cities, making sure to visit as many different racetracks as possible along the way.
Then I'd buy a modest mansion in either Battery Point or Sandy Bay down in Hobart, or possibly somewhere in Melbourne's inner east for myself and another for my parents. My mansion would have to have a swimming pool, so that I could enjoy a swim every morning. And since my mansion would likely have a fairly extensive, private garden, I'd probably need to employ a gardener, and I wouldn't want him to be lonely, so I would probably require a maid also to keep the house in order.
For a car, I'm torn between either an environment saver, like a Toyota Prius, or something a bit more luxurious...decisions, decisions. And like Pengo, I'd support charities and causes that help animals and the environment. I'd probably also need to take a couple of holidays a year to Europe...with such a hectic lifestyle I would need some time to relax and unwind, you know.
Snap...back to reality. Now where's that formguide...lol.

Funny isn't it, were still attracted to the racing spectacle even if we were filthy rich and didn't need to win. Hong kong, France, Royal Ascot, ********ucky, Melbourne cup (VIP tent) mmmmmmmm, of course Qantas Business class all the way, Hyatt every port, VIP lounge etc etc. dream on eh?
How about, Economy round the world ticket (FF points), 3 star hotels, regular taxis, Maccas for lunch, take in a few local meetings along the way. Add the odd 5 star splash out, then laze for 2 months in the Philippines on about $50 a week!! well eat yer heart out cos I'm off on the 12th of March! YIPEEEE!
PS that was only Ken Tucky, not the rude word!

Have nice time party.
I have to disagree with you about the economy ticket but. We don't mind takeaways and 3 star hotels, but having traveled extensively in the past (spec. with the kiddies in tow), we now halve the number of overseas trips and go business class instead. I know, seems like a waste, since we get there at the same time as the c-class, but God, spending 24 hours in very VERY close proximity of someone who last had a shower when caught out in the rain, or listening to or ... you know what I mean!
Cheers

Lomaca, yes I know, business class looks so appealing but,.... I guess it shows my humble beginnings, I just can't bear the thought of paying 2 & 1/2 times the fare to arrive at the "same time"............ BUT one day I'll do it!!
My "peace" though comes with the knowledge that the entire trip is paid for (again) entirely by betting activities (one way or another)

For shorter journey's economy is fine, but for long haul journeys business class is worth it.

laze for 2 months in the Philippines on about $50 a week!! Hey, Party, I remember that you have suggested the wonders of the Philippines (and their cheapness!) quite a few times on the forum over the years. Have you any suggestions for sites to check on in that regard? Will be heading overseas myself (possibly via the Philippines) at the end of the month.
Like one or two others on this forum, I haven't quite made the dream come true yet so would appreciate a few heads up as to where to stay at a reasonable price.
Thanks.

G'Day Merryguy,
Yes it's a great place. There is Racing in Manila, but I have a place in Leyte (central Philippines) there is local races in Ormoc city but fairly basic stuff.
www.retireinphilippines.com also www.pointcebu.com www.bohol.com
all good places to start generally, but I can give you heaps of advice. lumbasakabayo at hott male dott comm
partypooper
8th February 2008, 04:11 PM
that should read www.pointcebu.com.ph (for anyone interested)
I have now found a way that I can get all the info that I need on line, so there is no reason that I can't carry on my betting activities from anywhere overseas (as long as Broadband is available of course)
That is until I find that golden goose!! hahahah!

Thanks for the response, Party. Appreciated. Will do a bit of study/research on what you have indicated. Will give you a call if I need any help. Good of you.
