In the Caulfield Cup I like Dash For Cash. I also think there should be big runs from The Secondmortgage and Pentastic.

Lays of the Day:

These horses are no value at the odds quoted in the Sportsman.

I agree with the price about Fields of Omagh. But with Magical Miss out, I find it understandable. You just don't seem to get 7/1 the fav. any more in these races :sad:

I like Dash for Cash too. super consistent ratings. remember he won 4 Group races in a row in the autumn, 2 at G1 level. His last 2 ratings are right up to his best. Well wieghted.

I think the danger is Rain Gauge. His ratings this time in are consistent and steadily progressing. He's a real G1 standard stayer. He's proved that with his MV Cup win, and placings in the Aust Cup and BMW at WFA in the autumn. I can't see why he won't return somewhere near his best form in a target race.
