I'll be backing Auckland Blues (15) - promising & lightly raced enzedder who was one of my early fancies for the Caulfield Cup. Panoramic Lad (8) next best - well drawn, one run one win this track, all the better for recent runs after a spell. Third fancy is Yoruba (13) - trained by Tony McEvoy, three runs from a spell all good runs, races like 1600m will suit.

Auckland Blues a scratching Paddy, seems to happen a lot with that horse.

I also like Panoramic Lad (8), from Gunnamatta (6) and Raw Instinct (9).

Not much joy there BB with the hot favourite Dane River saluting the judge. You did manage a nice place dividend with Gunnamatta though.
