Does the QLD web site look different today or is that my imagination?

There are no ratings, QLD Radio Tips or anything else either.

I may appear delusional, but I swear that the site was changed this morning between 9 and 10 am NSW time.

Michal, you are right - the ratings were not shown earlier.

Sometime before 9 a.m. the site was unavailable so I would say they were doing something to it.
