I need a speadsheet to bet the top 5 from my ratings. Every attempt ends in failure.

Frustrating isn't it?
Sometimes is best to do things the old fashioned way with a pen and paper and calculator.

Hi Benny,
I have been away from horse and dog punting for a while now, do a lot of betting on soccer worldwide, which is why I am only reading your post now.
Were you after a spreadsheet for dutching your selections?
If you are still looking, I have made one up that will dutch up to 8 selections (though that is easy to increase). It can also take into account Bet Fair commision rates, display your approximate percentage profit on the selections dutched (except when using "save"option), your effective dividend if you end up getting a dividend higher than the one used in the beginning and it will also give approximate "Bet Fair points" awarded to your account when using Bet Fair. It has the option to "Save" on each selection, but this part only gives approximate amounts to place on each selection and may not total the exact amount to bet. This section is designed for multiple bookmakers/exchanges/TABs etc and is perfect if taking commisions payable into account, though you would have to spread the commission out over the exchange bets.
You can set it to spend only the amount you want and it will also display the amount to bet if you want to collect a certain amount.
The other section of the file is for dutching of selections you want to lay with all the same benefits of the above sheet and this one tells you how much to place into Bet Fair for the "lay" so that it matches with the amount that you want to bet. This part is good for when you want to lay multiple selections hoping that none of them will get up. This section is purely designed for Bet Fair use only.
Msg me if you are still interested and I will post the file to the site.

Crackone, was there an error in your msg. I tried the link
aaaaaaaaaa.com/downloads/PADutchbook_Setup.exe
and it downloaded a 0 byte file, which did not work (not a "Win32" file or some such thing).
Did a search of the site "www.aaaaaaaaaa.com/downloads" and it revealed nothing. May not be available anymore.

This is how your original msg appeared (possibly changed by moderator?)
If one takes out all the "a"s then you get downloads/PADutchbook_Setup.exe which also did not work.
I thought that when you were directing us to this, it may have been better than what I had made myself, which is why I was trying to check it out. Is there a word missing where the aaaaaaaaa is?

Thanks heaps.
Lots of nice little goodies there if needed.
Will probably still use my own as they are in the same excel workbook that I keep my betting info in, so it is quicker than having to go open up something else but it is good to know they are there and the other stuff gives me something to play with and possibly help fine tune the betting process.

I have been following another system of mine where I back 1 horse for the place to make $200 profit a week with the loses added to get the next bet.
Is there a formula that i could use.
a1(0+200)/b2
b2 is the odds

Hi Benny,
Easier to just make a little excel spreadsheet for you. It is attached (No Macros).
You just have to fill in the white sections with your info.
Yellow sections all contain formulas.
Good luck.

Sorry again. I whipped that spreadsheet up in less than 2 min. Did not allow for consecutive losers, which has been fixed.
Have made room on this next one for additional information as well, such as meeting location and race no.
If it is only the formula you after, it is in column "F".
It would make for some very big bets unless your selection method is top notch and has high strike rate.
