last day at the races today (Sat 20/12) ive just heard!

well done Greggy - 2000 winners i believe, & snagged me plenty of those over the journey, esp got my interest up when he would sneak out to a provincial with only 1 or 2 rides, & also rode a filly i had a share in an eon ago to a win at Mooney Valley

I absolutely agree..Greg is an "aaa" rider and an "aaa" gentleman.
There should be more of them but "they broke the mould."
We all wish him only the best in his retirement...he leaves the racing scene with only the best well-wishes of an appreciative public!
That is the best legacy that champs like him deserve!
