I may wish to withdraw funds from my Betfair account.

It seems I need some kind of card.
The only card I have is called a keycard.
I use it in ATM's and pay for my groceries at the supermarket and for petrol purchases.
Is this card what they are interested in?
It has a very long number printed on it.

You should be able to withdraw from Betfair via bank transfer...

Just enter in your account details (BSB etc) and they can put it directly into your account so you can then spend it with your card!

There are also other ways listed; cheque, paypal etc

I don't think a card is necessary - it does mention one, but that is for deposits.

Hope this helps?!

Thanks Hubble, but I'm hopeless at these things :(

I don't know how to do a Bank Transfer.
And when I go to the webpage, I don't see any Box to fill in my BSB and stuff.
I sent them an email and maybe they will help me.

I don't understand PayPal or any of them things.
Maybe I'll go down the public Booth and ring them up tomorrow.
(NO..I don't even have alandline) :(

I think I got it now.
When I clicked on "withdraw via Bank Transfer", I was getting a popup saying something I didn't understand.

But then I transferred some of my Australian Wallet into the Main Wallet,(which was Empty), and now when I click on Bank Transfer, the Page comes up asking for the Details like you said Hubble.

Thanks for your help.
Too bad I'm too dumb to understand things.

Just goes to show, you don't need brains to be an idiot.
Does that make sense?

Maybe it should be, you don't need brains to be a successful Punter.

Anyone know what the bank (NAB) charges for a bank transfer?

I think the cheque option is only available in the UK and Ireland.

I don't like the thought of giving the bank more money in fees.

cheers,
Mike.

I use NAB for daily banking and have never been charged a fee for bank transfers (even between different banks) but I have not used them with betfair.

I have made withdrawals through CBA from betfair and not been charged any fee.

?? If you use online banking, you may be able to access a list of fees etc ??
