Here's one for Trots.
You will be amazed how many winners this picks.
RULES
Target races where the Fav is 3.00+
This tells us that the market is fairly open.
Target all runners that are $3.00-5.00 range , in pre-post market
Must have 2 clean starts. (No X in between)
Must be Last Start Winner
At 2nd last start , must of run 1st , 2nd or 3rd
If a draw , no bet.
Note.
When it comes to trots , a last start win can mean a lot.
Bet ratio 33:1

Hi Darky
With the greyhounds just before the jump may be better than morning line or pre post.
Odds jump around a fair bit with low pools so maybe IAS is a better guide to determine if it qualifies.

here's a couple that work darky.
Originally from a michaelg post in the Sports and Gambling Forum area, under the heading "Sky Greyhound Ratings".
System A - EARLY SPEED SYSTEM
1) Must be sole 100 pointer.
2) Must be the sole top Early Speed selection.
System B - 30 POINT SYSTEM
If there is a gap of at least 30 points between the top rated and the second rated selection then the Top Selection is the bet.
both had a good strike rate but (as you would expect) skinny divvies.
So I tried them out on Quinellas, taking the selection as a standout (to run 1st or 2nd) with several others. For System A over 104 races the optimal result was to take the selection x next top 4 in the market order fairly close to the start of the race and for an outlay of $416 return was -
60 quinellas in for $500.50 profit of $84.50 and the longest losing run was 4.
I'll try and track down the system B spreadsheet which I think was similar.
Plenty of action - each system produced 4-6 bets per night - a good nights entertainment.
michaelg - I hope you don't mind me putting these in - I thought it was for a good cause.

No worries, Mancumian.
If I post anything here it means everyone can view and hopefully give suggestions that might improve it.
Its good to know that you are doing well.

Thanks Michael -
I dropped off at the time because of computer problems, but now this has reminded me of it and it looks quite promising. I'll try to resurrect my spreadsheet and results for system B which was over about 160 races and will let you know.
