I don't usually do these Shep afternoon Meetings because they usually all Maiden affairs.
I managed to find 2 races amongst them that are worth closer study.
I probably ain't got time to sort out race 7 , but here's

I'm getting tired of studying and I'm sure errors and mistakes will start creeping in.
Once the pleasure and joy of what you are doing is lost it becomes more like a chore, then innacurate estimates roll up.

Previous race was messed up by the big backing for Lady Latino and made Overlays everywhere and as happens, I backed the wrong one.

Actually, I backed the right one, but it failed , and the wrong one , which turned out to be the right one, won :(

I tried taking short cuts tp get the 7th done and ended up losing in a race that I should have skipped, or should have prepared earlier.

Well that was a messy start to the day.
And that was because ego trip Mo tried to be smart and parade his knowledge amongst the crowd and landed on his ********.

There is no shortcuts to the way things are done.
Ignoring video watch is not a shortcut.
Planning the correct bets based on available Markets is also not a shortcut.

A shortcut is perhaps a quicker way of getting the same result, not a different result.

I tried to take shortcuts with Warragul that were not shortcuts , but only half a study of the data I normally do per race.

I have bad news for anyone with any interest in this thread.
I probably won't be posting today anymore.
And if I do , the Markets will again only be half-********** jobs.
That is because there are 18 or so Races coming up that are all worthy of study and I can't do them justice in the time available.
So I will be betting at my own peril , and not destroy any chance of losing back today all the Profits that this thread has attained yesterday.

If I do post , you can safely risk the bet suggested , knowing that you are getting VALUE regardless of the result.

PAPA COOL is back from spell here and is easily the best animal in the race , but what it will do tonight is only based on an intelligent guess due to no data on its current fitness.
But that it is decided to go first up over 500 metres suggests to me it is ready to run well.
If ready it wins and if not then Stagger Inn wins.

So as a gambling opportunity it ain't about this or that and times and metres.
Its about a dog being ready.
The other problem is that Stagger Inn has been missing for a month as well.

The available odds will tell me which way to go.

And that will probably be to stay out.
And that is the hardest thing for a Gamblerholic.

Was almost enough to return the shocking day I had yesterday when I was gambling with insufficient study and lost close to 18 races in a row :(

These are the Odds but I can't find a suitable wager to take advantage of them.
On these occasions, I often notice something after the horse has bolted.
In this Race it is a Box Quinella of 3,6,7 for 50 cents.
Its hard to explain why.
Sort of like the favourites are under the Odds due to being unfavourably drawn and likely to get knocked out of it.

Sometimes there just ain't a wager , and no hour or 2 hours of study will find one.
Knowing when to pass is an important weapon to the Professional - unlike **************** Gamblerholic Me :(
