Well done Darkydog2002,

Two great winners from 10 bets by my calculations!

Not bad Darkydog, did you only bet on the last 4 races from Randwick today. And of course you are betting fixed odds, is this working out better than betfair, or doesnt make that much difference, just curious.

So you reckon this system is going pretty good over a period of time..?

Any hints as to your strategy and race selection?

Hi there Darkydog. You must be eliminating some meetings and some races, maybe the wet tracks,..??, not sure. Following every race meeting today except for Geraldton, where the flucs didnt come up I got an outlay of $111 for a return of $99, betting fixed odds at around the 5 minute mark.

There must be something to this that I am missing,

Regards, Paul

There is nothing missing.

All you do is leave out the races that you know that wont win.

There! you have it.

I don't think I'm revealing anything here because Darky has already told us of his system based on Don Scott's market.

It seems his selections that have been listed in this thread are from his D.S. system.

Trechurous day of racing in my opinion.

Slow and Dead tracks /small fields due to scratchings ( nearly always a lousy price)

I wont be betting but for the diehards .
Ararat
Race 8 H 1 - 2 - 5 - 7 - 12 (minimum $6)

Hey there Darkydog,....this is intriguing me. Why only Ararat Race 8 today. Yesterday Tamworth was also a "good" track and actually made a profit on your theory. Sunshine Coast yesterday was also "good" (but suffered a loss).

Hi Darkydog2002,

Why is Ararat race 8#5 a selection as it is priced at $17 on Don Scott's market (rated to 90%)?

Don't you only look at selections priced between $2.80 and $10?

Well done on your recent results - some really good priced winners!

Hi Pauls123,
Nowras TC slow.Thats the only reason.
But the really trechourous meeting is a Dead Track i.e Good in some parts /slow- heavy in others .Horses usually end up slipping and sliding everywhere.
The other thing with wet tracks is the number of scratchings leading to small fields with no price value.
At least with race 8 there are 12 horses left.
But as I say I will have a day off.

Some people though are more than happy to bet the wet tracks.
Marcel Plante for example approaches them with glee.
