hi, can anyone tell me what time the official scratchings for any race day are posted,and where is the best and earliest site to get them.. cheers bill

Not sure about best but they seam to be early enough for me, just click on racing and scratchings.

used to be 9am or approx a minimum of 3 hours before the first race, not that ive really taken any notice for years - the tabs usually have them up fairly quickly after announcement although i have found unitab can drag it's feet a bit esp with WA scratchings

Its usually 10.00 am if 1st race is at approx 12.00
&
11.00 if 1st race is at approx 2.00pm
Using UniTAB

This is one of the easiest because its all there on one page for each venue.
Plus all the tipster's tips & specials.

I notice that Betfair actually have the scratchings up already for today (Tuesday) and that Townsville are not racing today. Just click on scratchings in the "Extras" bit at the bottom.
