RACE 2

4 SONIA ALLEN $2.4
6 LIMBURG HOPE $8
7 BONEGILLA FLASH $8.8
5 ELITE STRIKE $9.2
3 LIMBURG POWER $10
2 INTO THE MIST $14
1 GOOD INVESTMENT $14

As I done the Form here, I found that it was impossible to find what was going to happen.
UNTIL I got to #4 Sonia Allen.
Take a look at the Quality of Fields its benn running in.
No wonder it has only won 3 from 24
It may not lead ALL the way, but will hit the front maybe down the back straight and sets up a good mood for the rest of tonights Wagering.

No point going for Exotics here because it would only be Luck.

$20 a Win.

Yes I have read that or similar before.
And I just mentioned in a yesterdays thread similar as to that problem is exactly the trap I am falling into.

No I shouldn't ignore it, because it is a TRUTH and a BASIC FOUNDATION.
Yet when I read that sort of stuff, I sort of skim through it as though I am in a Coma.
What I already know, or what makes sense, I skim through as though I don't need to continue with that, and keep reading and looking for stuff that I don't know.

It may be a personality problem I have, but I seem to have problems living out the basic tenets of Gambling and handicapping, in fact , in LIFE in General.

I just can't teach myself.
I just haven't the slf discipline or whatever it is that is neede, and ALWAYS drift off the path.
I been trying to find a buddy, well I haven't actually been trying, but more hoping one would roll up :)

I think it all boils down to, I can't get by without my MUM :(

4 PROVEN QUE TEE $3.7
3 HAFREN BALE $6.4
1 KEEP ME COVERED $7.7
6 MINT POWER $9.4
8 PURE PEACHES $11.3
5 SPECIAL COLOUR $11.4
7 COOPER BALE $12
2 STATE OF POWER $13

The Openness of the Race ain't so much about the evenness of the Race, but more my ability not to be able to work things out.

The safest place to be in this Race is up front, and I have the top 3 selections being there.
The suggested Wager is Exactas
4 - 3 for $2 and 4 - 1 for $1

Small Wagers for small confidence.

2 LEKTRA EXPRESS $4
6 BLAZING CHAOS $5.6
3 DELAWNEY STREET $5.5
1 HAMEL $7.6
4 CROSSFARNOGUE $8.5
8 PENTHOUSE $9.4
7 LIMBURG GOLD $33
5 GIGIT $120

Difficult Race to work out with lesser ability animals beginning quickly and better animals beginning slowly.

Is an excellent Race to test your ability about reading the start, and general Race reading.

Even though I have Crossfarnogue well down the list, it will probably be my Banker in Quinellas, mainly due to it will start as an Overlay.
And mainly because I sort of bluffing myself that it will lead :)

3 SMOKE HOME $2.4
5 LEPRECHAUN DAISY $5.7
1 MUNGO MAN $9.5
6 ISO OCTANE $12
2 LE FOX $14
7 LAST STRESS $16
8 BOLERO BALE $20
4 STEPPING STONE $25

Don't like this Race.
The top 2 selections in My Quaddie.

Flexi4
3 - 5,1 - 5,1,6,2 - Field for $4 worth

5 DAINTREE PALACE $2.9
3 OUR TOYMAN $6.7
1 SLIPAWAY WILLY $8.3
7 MISS CHERRELLE $9.4
8 BLING IT ON $11.8
6 SHAIANE BALE $12
4 RUN NELSON RUN $14
2 ARVO'S FLORENCE $25

The only reason the top selection is so short is because the rest of the Field are so poor.
I'm thinking to Box Quinella the 4 worst Priced Odds animals in the Race for 50 cents
Top selection only in the Quaddie

Split odds
Box 1st Split Rating
1 $3.05
2 $30.03
3 $3.24
4 $6.10
5 $28.41
6 $1,818.18
7 $15.05
8 $15.74
The two dogs I fancy both get back in the field, #6 & #2 so i'll be expecting a lot of luck for them to win.
I'm thinking the #3 & #4 may bring themselves undone at the start, and #1 is a soft leader. the other chance is the #8 who has put some very good 2nd sectionals together recently

Half Right.
Nice Work.
Was it guess work?
Does it usually happen when 2 animals vie for the lead, or is it something specific about this Race that made you make the statement?

The dog in the #1 box normally runs when in front a 2nd sectional of 25.545 which is pretty slow, for that grade.

The #3 can run 25.318 when in front, thats no guarantee of a LAW in this type of race. #4 Runs 25.225 now that is hard to run down if you can put in a 5.10 1st sectional but it needs clear space, then the #6 can put in a sub 25 now given a clean run thats very competitive, and hard to hold out.

The race turned out a good result, as i ruled out any combination of the #3 & #4 from my wagers, it would always be 1 or the other in most of these cases from these squeeze boxes.

all times adjusted to The Meadows

I never bothered posting My thoughts for the Last leg of the Quaddie.

But if anyone wants to cheer me on for my small percentage, I have Numbers 2 and 7
