5 is the danger moeee, just my opinion.

And a good opinion it would be if it had some substance to back it up.

As you see, I have it well in the Market.
Its record at The Meadows ain't much chop with only the single win from 10 attempts.
The Current Form suggests it as no possible Chance.
But Lomaca, Current Form never stopped your 2 out of 2 $12 shots winning at Traralgon yesterday.
Boy am I glad I never looked at those 2 races prior to their running :)

5 WY YUNG TIGER $3
7 ALLEN LAWSON $4.2
6 SIMPLY CHARLIE $7
3 DYNAMIC VIEW $9
2 IN HIDING $14
8 CULLEN BALE $16
4 QUESTA BALE $33
10 PENNINGTON $70

Very tricky Race, but interesting nevertheless, and I will be watching for the fireworks early.

#6 begins well and cuts hard to the rails and could slam into the #5 , although #5 is a Pinger and might get away with it.
#7 would get BIG benefit from #6 cutting in, leaving it a clear path, but trouble is it bombs the start every time, and I lost heavily on it from Box 1 last week at Sandown.

Perhaps wouldn't hurt to skip the top 3 selections , and Box Quinella the next 3 selections for 50 cents.

Never meant to hurt your feelings Lomaca.
Oh well, I'm butting out as well if no one wants to debate anything.

Heres Race 6 even though is pointless.

1 LASTING EFFECT $3.6
3 ZIPPY GALORE $4.5
7 BLING IT ON $5.4
8 LE FOX $6
5 BEE GEE MAC $12.5
2 DR. ROCHELLE $25
4 WHERE'S BETTY $50
9 SEDUCTABLE $75

Top 4 animals should fill the Trifecta.

Cheers.

If anyone is interested, I'll be posting some stuff in the Greyhound Forum.
Maybe :(

3 5.186
4 5.190
5 5.105
6 5.097
7 5.233
8 5.149
the first 5 dogs in this are quite close and in two separate groups, the #1 & #2 are about .5 metre behind the #5 & #6 at the 1st turn, if they hinder each other this will allow those two dogs inside to maybe own the turn.
The #1 in this is the strongest of these dogs unlike it past few races where it was ranked lower, even allowing for it's "past" for mine it's the dog to beat.
#6 get's a great chance to be able to lead these for a long way.
2nd sectionals
1 25.215
2 25.340
3 25.431
4 25.325
5 25.418
6 25.330
7 25.271
8 25.336

This race provides some opportunity because of the short quote of the #2, who has failed miserably around two turn tracks on 5 or more occasions.
With it's fixed price set at $4.20 I'm sure the market has some distortion even allowing for the take

I reckon it has the Class necessary to win.

It and the #4 rank highly on that point, but usually they need another Factor with Class

Well thats me done for a dinner - AGAIN!!

Seems Form Study can only lead to miniscule Profits, if any at all.

I think I shall check out Lomacas Geelong selections from last night to see how he/she went.

A simple "Interesting!" would have sufficed.

Like I posted Lomaca , I never meant to hurt your feelings.
Many times I don't mean to hurt peoples feelings, but it happens regardless.
I attribute it to my personality disorders.

I lack empathy.
I lack the ability to thank.
I lack the abilty to say sorry.
I tend to call a spade a spade, and its usually at the innappropriate times.

It seems the last point leads to, its not what you say, but how you say it.
I was curious as to what prompted you to select DECEMBRIST.
And the reason was, even though I didn't state it, was because I had it well in the Market, although all the indications were that it would fail.
Perhaps I didn't have it short enough.
Maybe you saw something that I felt was there, but couldn't see it.
Just tipping an animal makes for boring reading, although those 2 Winners you selected at Traralgon certainly provided ample compensation for anyone who paid heed.

And as for your selections at GEELONG.
I wanted to see how they went, because I had a terrible night at The Meadows, and I figured I may as well rub salt into my wounds and find that everyone else except me is getting winners.

But it seems we are all human and not getting winner upon winner.
We all have our ups and downs.
And the only outstanding thing I found in your selections that stood out Lomaca, was that in Race 11, there was an ONLY single selection for the Race, and it won at the healthy Odds of $4.70.
But you found things differently.
And thats the key.
How you wager on the race can turn average statistics into highly profitable ones.
Its good to see you done well at Geelong.
I figure that would have to be the case because you live off your punting and you have learnt to turn selections into wagers successfully.

And that is one of the major reasons I fail at winning.
Even though some of my handicapping is ordinary at times.

May your future endeavours continue to be profitable.

Leave the nasty bits all behind shall we?

As to one selection/race, my selections at the moment (on dogs) after 3 months, are running at an incredible, unrealistic, unsustainable s/r of 75 to 80%.
When it comes down to a more realistic level of let's say 40% I will post some selection.

There are two schools of thoughts to betting, one is the scatter gun approach, bet anything in sight, the other, to do the opposite and restrict your betting to well researched subjects.

I choose to do the latter.
Good luck

If it weren't for me now making an effort to be civil, I'ld suggest your strike rate on dogs is B.S.
I would think the only way to get that sort of strike rate would be after the events and be backfitted.
OR - the number of actual selections is very tiny, like about less than ten.
Could you post how many Races actually have had only the single selection please?

This extreme high strike rate is about races with only one selection isn't it? - not every race?
You certainly must have stumbled across an incredibly accurate way of sorting Races.

I wish you would post a selection regardless of whether your strike rate comes down or not.
I'll give you my thoughts on the animal if I have any.
Thoughts that are based on any knowledge that I have.

I'll be posting just 1 or 2 Races for tonight.
