I am going to build a kind of database where you can add more strategies later, the info will be added from a main page where you can also view each strategy and an over all results section.

I'm a sucker for freebies.
I don't suppose Shaun that you could share this program with other members who may find it useful, but only have Excel 2003 :(

There is only 1 issue that won't work on 2003 is the part that records the "Betting Agency" and "ID" it uses data validation in a list to find the item, in the past i have not got this to owrk but will see if i can work it out.

Those people with 2003 give it a try and tell me what does not work so i can try and fix it.

Its not a matter of it not working.
What happens is I get a Box rolling up saying that Excel doesn't recognize the Format of the Program , and can't open it.

I know Data Validation can be added in 2003 but i think it needs 2003 to do it, i have added a link on where to find it.
http://www.keystonelearning.com/resources/articles/excel_2003_working_with_data_validation_rules

Instruction
1) Select E12 go to Data Validation in the Allow box select "list" in the source box put this in =Database!$AH$2:$AH$50 then press "OK"

2) Select E28 go to Data Validation in the Allow box select "list" in the source box put this in =Database!$AH$2:$AH$50 then click "Error Alert" tab and uncheck the box press "OK"

3) Select Z28 go to Data Validation in the Allow box select "list" in the source box put this in =Database!$AJ$2:$AJ$50 then click "Error Alert" tab and uncheck the box press "OK"

When this is all done save the document it should work now.

The only other thing is i removed code on the database sheet to reduce the size of the file so the formulas only go down to 2000 not 50000 you will have to extend them if you want more.
