Horses that ran 5th or worse Their Last 2 Starts

Races where more than 1/2 the field is unraced

Rules

Beaten Fav having its 3rd Run from a spell

If TAB no.is 1 - 4 selection must be 8/1 or Less in the Paper Market

If no Selection go to TAB No.5 +6 but to become a selection must be Fav or Equal Fav
Or
Form 12B or 22B to 8/1
