Combining Neurals and Don Scott

In combination of Neurals and the Don Scott ratings from R&S I would be interested to see if anyone had some results on the following

Top CP combined with Top Final Rating DS
Top CP with Top CF
Top CF with Top Final Rating DS
Top all three combined.

Uselessbetter, do you have any information on these without additional filters?
Would be appreicated.

That would be great. I'm playing on the idea that neurals can measure a horse from its past run (positive research)

3305 selections returned 2546.90 on tatts.com (23% loss)

Top CP with Top CF
5382 selections returned 4118.0 on tatts.com (24% loss)

Looks like a few big losers.

Barrier 5 improved it but only by a few percentage points.

They were tatts prices so betfair you can assume 10-12% more but then you have to pay out commission on the winnings so still a loser.

I remember reading from Wesmip1 post back in 2011 giving the following results

1. Top CP rating
2. Top Don Scott Final Rating
3. Barrier 5 or wider

Profit on Unitab Prices = 2.6%.
Sample Size = 935

The profit on the above on betfair prices (assuming 5% commission) is 20%.

Why aim for 5% profit over 1000 bets (the so called professional profit) when its possible to pick up 20%.<!-- / message -->
