Cold, wet & miserable in Sydney at the moment. Rain predicted to continue over Easter.
Al Jameel 4th (beaten 3 lengths - 1200m)in heavy going 3 starts back. How Funny ran a reasonable race on a slow track at Caulfield in Feb. Hasna smart win at Rosehill on a dead track in Dec.
All others untried on dead or worse.
Offspring by Grand Lodge (Dorky) 13.3% wet track (win) strike rate.
Offspring by Snippets (Hasna) 16.8% wet track (win) strike rate.
Offspring by Rory's Jester (How Funny) 8.4% wet track (win) strike rate.
Offspring by Success Express (Polar Success) 12.1% wet track (win) strike rate.
Offspring by Quest For Fame (Bushland) 13.8% wet track (win) strike rate.
Offspring by Canny Lad (Cannyopra) 13.1% wet track (win) strike rate.
Offspring by Tale Of The Cat (Al Jameel) ??% wet track (win) strike rate - seems no stats available or zero strike rate.
Offspring by Danehill (Danbird & Untouchable) 14.6% wet track (win) strike rate.
Offspring by Red Ransom (Face Value ) ??% wet track (win) strike rate - seems no stats available or zero strike rate.

Hasna with a leg in the air.Should have finished closer in the Slipper, note Dan Beasley got 5 weeks for the interference he caused Hasna in that race.If it handles the ground I think it is nearly a good thing.

Graeme Rogerson to quinella the race with Al Jameel & Polar Success. Face Value & Cannyopra to make up my first 4 - should both appreciate the 1400m & smallish field.

Xanadu, cheers buddy!!Definitely Hasna room for a Grey Song in this old house!!Hope you tailed me in old mate!! I can't stop laughing.I am still convinced that horse should have won the Slipper,Beasley poleaxed it and got 5 weeks, but he never got a look in today did he?Speaking of motzas,if Face Value runs 3rd I get the trifecta x10 units.....ah well, can't win 'em all.
