Shaun I remember it well.
A certain Racing Journalist in the 80,s was notorious for it.

My brother and I rang this bloke within 5 minutes of each other once.
He got H 4 and I got H 7 in the same race (Advertised as a cant lose Tipping Service or some such thing.)

He was right.It couldn,t lose for him.
