Any tips for Coffs tomorrow?

The good lady has half day holiday for the Coffs Cup tomorrow and wants me to go... and be the tipping guru for all her workmates.
Trouble is I don' follow the country nags, although there are plenty of city horses in the Cup itself, I would appreciate any inside info!

First sign of insanity is talking to yourself but here goes. Coffs Cup is worth $80,000 and usually gets a good field. This year is probably the worst field I have ever seen in any large country cup.

The maidens are also ordinary. Do you go with a horse beaten 12 lengths at his last start at Grafton or one beaten 5 lengths in Scone?

Anyway the wife and girlfriends have already left and I just gave them a couple for the Cup. Not worth getting dressed up for this ordinary lot so I'm watching on TAB Sky instead.

I'm also further away if my tips 'World Wide' and 'Single Spirit' don't quinella the race! Slightly inebriated women can be dangerous! I like them both form wise and also because they are ridden by two of my favourite jockeys... Rob Thompson and Kath O'Hara.
