does anyone recall a service which had a massive database.

one could supply the rules and the criteria, they would be put through the database, the results would then be given or adjustments made to better the outcomes.

this was a service i just cant recall who did it.

regards
ubetido

Is it just me?
What are you talking about?

Ubetido, you changed the original question, so my above statement isn't accurate anymore.

There is also a service called CIRA at IRD.com.au - but treat the results with caution.
Their database is not accurate...and that's being generous!
